Job summary

Mettler Toledo AG's HR Shared Services operation in Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to deliver centralized services across the employee lifecycle and contribute to a major HR transformation and the implementation of a new HR system in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

You will ensure master data accuracy, support data changes and collaborate on data projects, while preparing documents for employment changes and supporting payroll timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support centralized HR administration across the full employee lifecycle including hiring new joiners into the HR system, pre-boarding, changes to contracts including promotions/salary adjustments, and terminations.
• Ensure employee master data are complete and accurate in our HR system.
• Support mass data changes or uploads.
• Collaborate with HR functions on data projects and initiatives, such as salary benchmark uploads.
• Create, distribute and file documents as per country requirements using the electronic document management system.
• Ensure all transactions align with manuals, SLAs and payroll cut-off dates.
• Serve as a super user for HR system modules and provide first level end-user support.
• Prepare the system to facilitate annual merit increases, training events and performance management.
• Answer employee queries and maintain knowledge base to improve SSC support.
• Support in-country recruiters and hiring managers with interview logistics and job postings.
• Build custom data reports and analyze and interpret data.
• Facilitate feedback surveys and present findings to stakeholders.
• Work with HR SSC colleagues to ensure consistency in service and standards.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager and support team projects.
