Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication, with experience producing documents for senior leaders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to produce clean, professional outputs.
• Detail-oriented and structured, able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Curious and proactive, asks questions and takes initiative.
• Ability to handle confidential HR data and project information discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Support testing activities for HR Systems and maintain process documentation.
• Coordinate CCT initiative tracking across APAC using trackers and project tools.
• Prepare presentation materials, briefing decks and workshop content for regional HR audiences.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, webinars and go-live readiness activities.
• Maintain action logs, meeting minutes and follow-up trackers; support status reports.
