Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking an experienced test engineer to support testing across the development lifecycle, focusing on manual testing within Salesforce environments. You will create and execute test scripts, perform functional and regression testing, and document outcomes with strong collaboration across departments.

Candidates should have 5+ years in manual testing, ISTQB certification, and solid English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manual testing experience.
• Experience testing Salesforce environments (Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud).
• ISTQB Foundation Certification mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all test phase activities during the development lifecycle.

• Record and track software deviations, defects, and corrective actions.
• Maintain existing manual test cases and ensure traceability.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support all test phase activities during the development lifecycle


• Responsible for test plan creations, test execution, documentation, and compliance review


• Create and execute manual test scripts


• Performing and documenting functional testing and regression testing


• Record and track software deviations, defect handling and tracking


• Maintenance of existing manual test cases


• Regular coordination with all relevant departments


• Development of solution approaches regarding the test processes (manual, integration)

Your Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in manual testing (mandatory)


• Experience in testing Salesforce environment (mandatory)


• (Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud)


• Good knowledge of JIRA, X-Ray, Confluence


• ISTQB Certificate Fundamentals (mandatory)


• SQL basics advantageous


• Very good knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)


• High quality and process competence


• Very good knowledge of English
