Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking a senior HRTech consultant to provide strategic solution leadership across multi-module HRIS engagements. You will guide clients on HRTech transformation and integration design while owning practice competency and delivery acceleration.

The role requires executive communication, robust pre-sales, and strong people leadership across global client programs. The candidate will mentor consultants, build delivery frameworks, and ensure successful outcomes in complex projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in HRTech consulting.
• Multi-module HRIS experience with pre-sales & solution ownership.
• Certified SAP SuccessFactors (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple HRIS modules.
• Advise CHROs, HR Directors and C-suite stakeholders on HRTech strategy.
• Lead pre-sales activities including demos, effort estimates and proposals.
• Oversee delivery governance, scope, risk and critical issues.
• Develop delivery frameworks, IPs, tools and mentoring programs.
