Averis Sdn Bhd seeks a Trainee, Human Resources open to fresh graduates, based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. You will rotate through HR duties, including data entry in SAP, payroll support, and data analysis across Workday and SAP systems.

This entry-level role provides training and exposure to HR processes, benefits, incentives, and employee data management within a global business services environment.

Qualifications

• A diploma/degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or in any relevant disciplines.
• Open to fresh graduate, training will be provided
• Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities

• Transactional backend processing: data entry into SAP for employee personal details.
• Data entry for Employee Movements (new hires, transfers, terminations).
• Backend processing of Employee leave and Overtime data.
• Excel data entry and updates in SAP/Workday systems.
• Data analysis and maintenance in Workday & SAP for compensation packages (incentives, benefits, allowances, perks, bonuses).
• Payroll administration: running payroll via SAP; reconciliation with PDA and Time & Attendance teams.
