Averis Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a candidate for Shipping Documentation and International Trade support roles. Fresh graduates are welcome; Diploma or degree in International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics is preferred.

Training will be provided, and the role is based at Bangsar South, easily reachable by LRT. The role covers handling export documents, LC compliance, coordination with forwarders and SAP order processing, with opportunities to learn across shipping operations

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in International Business, Business Administration, Logistics, or any relevant discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; Training will be provided.
• Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (Accessible by LRT).

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of export shipping documentation and prepare documents for bank negotiation (Invoices, Packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin).
• Ensure shipping documents release comply with policies and procedures and LC compliance.
• Liaise with forwarders/carriers for shipment status and manage day-to-day shipping transactions.
• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing documents and communicating information.
• Process sales orders in SAP and release quotations; monitor LC and payment status.
