Averis in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Trainee, HR Services to join our HR operations team. You will support data administration, time & attendance, payroll, claims, and helpdesk tasks using SAP and Excel.

This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to core HR processes, a structured training path, and the chance to contribute to timely payroll and accurate employee records while working on a shift-based helpdesk schedule.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Data Admin (PDA) – Data entry into SAP for employee personal details.
• Time & Attendance (T&A) – Enter and process leave and overtime data; involves Excel and SAP.
• Payroll Administration – Run payroll via SAP; reconcile PDA and T&A changes for monthly payroll.
• Claims Administration – Verify day-to-day claims and post per schedule.
• Helpdesk – 1st level support to Averis HR users via email and phone; 8:00–17:30, 10:30–20:00, alternate Saturdays 08:00–14:00.
