Averis Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Admin professional in Kuala Lumpur to support payroll, attendance, and data entry processes. You will interface with SAP HR modules to ensure accurate payroll input and timely processing across leaves, movements, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP HR/payroll modules.
• Proficient in data entry and accuracy.
• Understanding of Time & Attendance processes.

Responsibilities

• Process PDA data entry in SAP for employee details.
• Handle employee movements (hires/transfers/terminations) data entry.
• Process Time & Attendance data and leave/OT in SAP, using Excel.
• Run payroll in SAP and reconcile changes with PDA and T&A teams.
• Provide 1st-level helpdesk support to employees via email and phone; shift-based hours.
