Job summary

Gradiant Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Selangor is seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to support HR operations and learn practical HR fundamentals.

You will assist with personnel file management, data entry in SAP SuccessFactors and SharePoint, onboarding logistics, HR trackers, training documentation, and event coordination under supervision.

Additionally you will help compile audit documents, support HR administration, and participate in engaging colleagues through HR events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital) with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Scan, label, upload, and organise employee documents in SharePoint.
• Track missing or incomplete documents using standard checklists.
• Support data accuracy in SAP SuccessFactors by following up with employees on incomplete information (e.g. emergency contacts and dependants).
• Prepare data checklists (Quarterly Data Clean-Up) and discrepancy lists for HR Executive review.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department; prepare HR documents using approved templates under supervision.
• Maintain HR trackers, including probation and contract expiry records.
• Assist in onboarding logistics, orientation materials, and new hire checklists.
• Track return of company assets and completion of offboarding requirements; support offboarding documentation and filing.
• Prepare supporting documentation for training programmes and HRD Corp submissions.
• Support planning and coordination of employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Assist in compiling HR documentation and supporting evidence for internal and external audits; organise audit files.
