Job summary

OUS Group is seeking an HR Manager to drive recruitment and build strong talent pipelines across our Malaysia operations. You will shape recruitment strategies and gain exposure to broader HR functions, including training and development initiatives.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, manage onboarding, and handle disciplinary, IR/ER matters, while advising management on HR strategies and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of IR/ER practices and HR compliance is a plus.
• Experience in training and talent development valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and confirmations.
• Handle disciplinary management, IR/ER matters and employee relations.
• Partner with management to ensure HR practices comply with labour laws and policies.
• Support HR initiatives such as training and talent development; provide advisory HR guidance.
