Job summary

ACO Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, training initiatives, and OSH compliance for a Malaysia-based team. You will also drive employee engagement activities and help shape HR policies to align with statutory requirements.

The role requires coordinating audits and ensuring internal processes meet ISO/ISMS/QMS standards, with strong communication across English, Mandarin, and Malay. This position supports a fast-growing tech-driven mobility company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of HR experience.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay for internal stakeholder communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate training programs, both internal and external.
• Coordinate OSH programs in line with local statutory requirements (e.g., OSHA /DOSH).
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, company events, and celebrations.
• Develop, review, and maintain HR policies and guidelines to ensure alignment with company objectives and applicable statutory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits (e.g., ISO, ISMS, and QMS) to ensure compliance with applicable standards and organizational requirements.
