Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a hands-on HR professional in Penang to lead end-to-end recruitment, manage workforce planning and develop HR policies.

The role exposes you to management, employee relations, payroll coordination and HR operations, with opportunities to drive engagement and training initiatives in a growing tech-eng group.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws & statutory requirements.
• Proven recruitment & interviewing experience.
• Understanding of salary benchmarks and talent market trends.
• Hands-on experience in payroll, HRIS & employment contracts/LHDN stamping.
• Strong interpersonal skills, maturity & discretion.
• Able to influence and work closely with managers.
• Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin is an advantage.
