Job summary

PwC Malaysia is seeking an HR System Support and Project Coordinator to help clients optimise HR processes using cutting-edge HR solutions. You will understand client HR needs, guide them on system capabilities, and coordinate with IT to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, managing data migration, and maintaining high-quality client service while aligning with client business hours.

Qualifications

• University degree in CS/IT or related discipline.
• At least 3 years in customer support with at least 1 year using HR systems.
• Experience in customer support, project coordination, or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and services preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
• Willing to work based on client's business days and office hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs related to our HR systems.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients concerning our HR system and services.
• Handle and respond to client feedback and inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with the IT team to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with the IT team to plan and initiate HR system projects with clients.
• Document system requirements and oversee data migration with accuracy.
