Job summary

Teleperformance in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented People Support Specialist to join our team. You will be the first contact for employees, guiding them through policies, benefits, payroll, and HR systems from our Penang office.

You will support employees via phone, email, or chat, handling inquiries with discretion and accuracy. Experience with Workday HCM and ServiceNow will be essential for case management and policy guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in employee support handling policies, benefits, payroll, and HRIS.
• Proficient in Workday HCM or other HRIS platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Thai or other languages at C1+ level is a plus.
• Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, Italian, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, German) is highly preferred.
