Job summary

CB Talents SP in Malaysia is seeking an HR Service Desk Executive who is fluent in Mandarin to support employees and ensure smooth HR operations. Location: Penang, Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system, provide accurate HR policy information, and help maintain confidentiality of employee data. You will escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR teams and work with internal colleagues to continuously improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) and proficient in English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Help Desk / HR Support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system
• Provide accurate information related to HR policies, processes, and systems
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR records
