Vault Personnel Pte. Ltd. is seeking an HR Generalist in Kuala Lumpur to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including sourcing, planning, development, and employee relations.
You will work closely with top management to implement HR strategies that support business growth and ensure compliance with local employment laws. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields and a minimum of two years’ experience.
Oversees and executes the full spectrum of HR functions which include manpower sourcing and planning, training & development, talent management and succession planning, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and other HR related support services.
Responsible for formulating HR strategic plan and initiatives to strengthen HR process and practice to support business growth for organization.
Supports Clients by providing advice relating to the best HR practices within the framework of the company
beliefs, value and objectives.
Works closely with Top Management team in organizational design, job evaluation, change management process and participate in HR industry benchmarking to ensure the company runs effectively and efficiently.
Acts as point of contact for HR Personnel and Clients on all HR matters.
Handles employee disciplinary, grievances, misconduct issues, industrial relations and labor issues.
To plan, develop and implement HR continuous improvement activities.
Oversees the overall day-to-day HR operations and functions across multiple portfolios
To perform any other duties as and when required.
RequirementsCandidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management
Minimum with at least 2 years proven experience in similar capacity as a Generalist
Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken and Chinese due to handling mandarin-speaking stakeholders
Able to work independently with excellence analytical and interpersonal skills.
Result driven, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to abide by deadlines with strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
Well-versed in the Singapore & Malaysia Employment Act (advantageous), Industrial Relations Act, Immigration procedures and etc with good knowledge of prevailing HR practice and legislation.
