Job summary

Unisteel Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR services specialist to deliver accurate, timely HR services across the employee lifecycle, support Workday/master data, and improve digital workflows.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in HR or related field, 2–4 years in HR operations, and is comfortable with MS Teams, SharePoint, and HRIS systems as the company continues its global manufacturing focus.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Admin or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of HR services/HR operations experience.
• Proficient with MS Teams, SharePoint; Workday/HRIS exposure preferred.
• Disciplined, service-oriented with data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR services across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
• Maintain accurate HR records and Workday/master data.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries and escalate non-standard cases.
• Support data housekeeping, digital forms and self-service rollout.

Job description

Provide accurate, timely and employee-friendly HR services across the employee cycle.

Maintain complete HR records and accurate Workday/master data.

Resolve routine employee requests at first point of contact where possible.

Support self-service, knowledge documentation and paper-to-digital imrpovement.

Employee Lifecycle Services

Process onboarding, confirmation, employee changes, transfer, promotion, resignation and exit documentation.

Prepare standard letters, maintain personnel records and ensure timely filing/digital archiving.

Respond to employee enquiries and route non-standard cases to the correct owner.

Workday & Data

Perform assigned Workday/master-data transactions and routine data-quality checks.

Support data housekeeping, testing, digital forms and self-service roll-out.

Prepare routine HR reports, trackers and service statistics.

Service Quality & Compliance

Follow HR SOPs, approval controls, confidentiality and record-retention requirements.

Track open actions and meet agreed service turnaround, flag repeated service issues for improvement.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.

2-4 years of relevant experience in HR services/ HR Operations.

Knowledge in MS Teams, Sharepoint, AI Tools, Workday/HRIS exposure is preferred.

Service-oriented, accurate and responsive with strong follow-through.

Comfortable with digital workflows, data checks and confidential information.
