Job summary

Career Wise in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an HR data and systems support analyst to manage SAP HR data and SuccessFactor, providing second line HRSC assistance for Personnel Administration requests.

You will administer personnel data, coordinate with HR stakeholders, and generate SAP reports while seeking improvements to the service model and efficiency. English communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with understanding functional architecture of SAP HR system or SuccessFactor to perform research and resolve issues.
• Experience with creating and executing test scripts to confirm system changes and elevate issues.
• Experience in IT, HR, Payroll or HR-related service functions.
• Familiarity with HR and Payroll policies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is a plus.
• Must maintain strong security and confidentiality practices.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Log and monitor requests in HR Service Center and inform requesters of status.
• Generate Personnel Administration reports from SAP.
• Identify process improvements and enhance service delivery efficiency.

Job description

Key responsibilities

Process SAP data management and SuccessFactor for HR globally

Provide second line support within the HR Service Center for HR customers seeking support on HR requests in the Personnel Administration domain

Administer data specific to the Personnel Administration Process and the necessary alignment with the Organizational Management components of this process

Analyze Personnel Administration data management requests from HR Stakeholders and coordinate with HR Stakeholders on completeness and accuracy of data provided

Provide guidance to HR Stakeholders on queries regarding the Personnel Administration processes, HR forms, data fields in SAP and other HR related systems that are using the employee data from SAP HR

Log and monitor requests and inquiries raised to HRSC and inform requesters of status of requests

Generate Personnel Administration reports from SAP

Identify potential improvements in the processes and continue to work on the enhancement on efficiency of service delivery model

About you

Experience with understanding functional architecture of SAP HR system or SuccessFactor to perform research and resolve basic and complex issues dealing with data

Experience with creating and executing test scripts to confirm system changes and elevate issues and defects

Experience in working in IT, Human Resources, Payroll and/or HR related service functions

Familiarity with the company's HR and Payroll policies and procedures

Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge will be an advantage

Must exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices

Excellent time management and work prioritization, ability to multi-task

Demonstrates strong ability to communicate clearly and successfully through a variety of channels and circumstances

Demonstrates teamwork and ability to meet deadline

Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
