Job summary

Ultimate Machining Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an HR Assistant to support HR operations. You will check attendance and overtime, maintain records, and assist in recruitment and onboarding.

The role also covers benefits and statutory matters, staff training, data entry, and handling foreign workers permits. A candidate with basic labour law knowledge and office software skills will fit this role.

Responsibilities

• Check and update employee attendance and overtime record
• Maintain and update employee records, personal files, attendance, and leave records
• Manage full recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding

• Manage the training development of staff and source for relevant training materials
• Support daily administrative tasks and data entry
