Job summary

Unisteel Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable administrator to provide comprehensive support for NPI and product transfer initiatives, including ERP management, BOM maintenance, and document control. The role involves data verification, LRS processing, AR/AI transactions, and coordinating PRs to support manufacturing readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for NPI and product transfer initiatives through document control and ERP management.
• Coordinate BOM creation and maintenance in Oracle ERP and manage Item Master data.
• Verify data integrity and perform system housekeeping in ERP.
• Support LRS processing and AR/AI transactions for materials, parts, and shipments.
• Raise PRs and follow up on approvals to ensure timely purchasing.
• Maintain NPI documentation and filling systems per company procedures.
• Track NPI readiness and ensure timely completion and approval of required procedures.
• Support NPI Engineers and cross-functional teams on project-related activities.
• Assist with HR-related matters and other administrative duties as required.

Job description

Provide comprehensive support for New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer initiatives through effective document control, Oracle ERP system management, approval coordination, inventory tracking, and administrative support to ensure successful product launches and manufacturing readiness.

Key responsibilities:

Support Oracle ERP system activities, including Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and maintenance, routing setup and updates, and Item Master creation and maintenance.

Perform data verification and system housekeeping activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Support LRS processing and maintenance.

Perform and monitor AR/AI transactions in Oracle for materials, parts, and shipments.

Raise Purchase Requisition (PR) when required and follow up on approval status.

Maintain NPI documentation records ang filling systems in accordance with the company procedures.

Coordinate and track NPI documentation readiness, ensuring timely completion and approval of required procedures.

Support NPI Engineers in new product introduction and product transfer activities.

Support departmental administrative activities and cross-functional departments for project-related activities and HR-related matters.

Perform any other duties assigned by the superior as and when required.

About you

Possess a technical certificate or above qualification/ Diploma/ Degree.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environment.

Disciplined, with a positive attitude and good work ethic.
