Job summary

OrgScale Recruitment Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Recruitment Executive / Senior Executive to support talent acquisition across the organization. You will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes data management, recruitment systems, and reporting, with opportunities to contribute to analytics, headhunter management, and HR projects.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, agency recruitment, or recruitment coordination experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and coordination with stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple hiring activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned hiring requirements and candidate pipelines from screening through offer stage.
• Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and recruitment partners to ensure smooth progression.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, interview systems, and hiring documentation.
• Support recruitment reporting and monitor hiring progress, bottlenecks, and key recruitment metrics.
• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and support improvements to hiring processes, tools, and workflows.
