Hovid Bhd is seeking a proactive Human Resource Executive focused on Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations in Malaysia. You will manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and build pipelines for current and future needs.
The role requires 2–4 years in HR, strong knowledge of recruitment processes, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment activities, supporting HR operations, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains quality talent to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
Conduct screening and interviews to assess candidates’ competencies, cultural fit, and potential.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies via job portals, social media, referrals, talent databases, and networking channels.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate database for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment activities.
Maintain recruitment data, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making.
Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding initiatives.
General Human Resources
Support onboarding and induction for new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Assist in employee engagement activities, HR programs, and assigned HR projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to Talent Acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment.
Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple vacancies, and meet deadlines.
