Job summary

FunnelEvo Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced Assistant Manager, Human Resources / Policy & Compliance Specialist to oversee core HR functions and ensure legal and policy compliance.

You will lead workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR operations, learning & development, and industrial relations, partnering with management and staff at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience developing HR policies and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and best practices.
• Ability to design and implement performance management processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all roles and develop talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and a positive workplace culture.
• Lead performance management processes and development plans for staff.
• Develop, review, and communicate HR policies in line with regulations.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR operations.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives and succession planning.
