Job summary

Nanostix, operating across manufacturing and retail in the vape and electronic‑cigarette sector, is hiring an HR Executive to deliver accurate payroll, clear HR documentation and dependable day‑to‑day administration.

You will process payroll in HR2000, draft contracts in Bahasa Melayu and English, maintain confidential employee records, coordinate interviews and onboarding, manage foreign‑worker permits and related deadlines, and attend the Klang Valley factory one day per week.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant HR or payroll experience.
• Hands‑on payroll software experience; HR2000 proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to draft clear HR letters in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Confidence using spreadsheets and Google Drive to check figures and maintain records.
• Willingness to travel; a company vehicle may be available for factory visits.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll in HR2000, verify attendance, overtime and leave, and prepare payroll records.
• Draft employment contracts, confirmation letters and correspondence in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records across HR systems and Google Drive.
• Coordinate interviews, joining arrangements, onboarding and exits.
• Track permit renewals, FOMEMA, levy and insurance deadlines for foreign workers.
• Prepare supporting documents, track outstanding actions, and escalate issues to management.
• Attend the Klang Valley factory one day per week, with occasional visits to branches or authorities.
