Job summary

Ultranet Technologies Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, handle employee records, and support payroll. You will contribute to a structured training program and ensure smooth HR operations.

You will work with English, BM, and Mandarin as an advantage, coordinate events, and assist in policy implementation, procurement, and vendor management. We offer EPF/SOCSO/EIS, leave benefits, and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruitment, or administration is preferred.
• Able to communicate in English, BM, and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Knowledge in recruitment, payroll support, and HR administration.
• Familiar with office procurement, vendor sourcing, and quotation comparison.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Handle employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
• Support payroll preparation, claims, and general HR administration
• Assist in office administration including procurement and vendor management
• Coordinate company events, training, and employee engagement activities
• Assist in implementing HR policies, performance initiatives, reports, and continuous people development.
• Support HR policies, reporting, and ad-hoc administrative tasks
