AlphaESS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across executive, technical, engineering, operator, and admin roles in Kulim and Penang.

You will also handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, and training coordination in compliance with Malaysian employment laws. As the HR partner, you will oversee the full hiring lifecycle, prepare offers and onboarding, track metrics (Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, turnover), represent the company at local

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR/related field.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on HR experience with end-to-end recruitment.
• Solid understanding of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and local regulations.
• Familiarity with HRDF/e-TRiS processes.

Mansioni

• Manage full-lifecycle hiring for executive, technical, engineering, operator, and administrative roles across Kulim and Penang.
• Source candidates via JobStreet, LinkedIn, agencies, referrals, and campus events.
• Screen resumes, conduct HR screenings, and coordinate behavioral/technical interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare offers, compensation packages, and onboarding activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide monthly TA updates to management.
• Represent the company at local career fairs and industry events.
