MCC Label Malaysia is seeking an HR Operations professional to support our Shared Services Centre. You will handle employee inquiries, execute HR transactions, and maintain accurate data across HRIS systems.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR operations, experience with case management and SLA governance, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Fluency in English and the ability to handle confidential information are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HR Operations or Shared Services.
• Experience with case management and SLA tracking.
• Knowledge of HR lifecycle processes and policies.
• Proficiency with Dayforce or similar HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR inquiries from employees and managers and route to appropriate teams.
• Execute HR transactions per standard work and policies.
• Enter, update and validate data in HRIS and other platforms.
• Maintain and close case records timely.
• Educate users on HR processes and self-service tools.
• Identify and suggest process improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Other tasks as assigned.
