Job summary

MCC Shared Service Centre Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is hiring for an HR Operations role within the Shared Services team. You will handle employee inquiries, execute HR transactions, and maintain accurate HRIS data, while guiding users on processes and self-service tools.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, SLA management, and continual process improvement in a hybrid work environment with opportunities for growth in HR services.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, Employee Services or related support.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience with service delivery models or shared services environments.
• Experience handling employee inquiries and transactions via case management systems (Service Now preferred) and SLA management.
• Knowledge of core HR processes and policies.
• Experience using HRIS platforms (Dayforce preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Strong data entry, validation, and record management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, research, and respond to inquiries from employees and managers; route to appropriate tier or Business Partner as needed.
• Execute HR transactions in line with standard work and policies.
• Enter, update, and validate data in HRIS or other platforms.
• Maintain case management records and close cases timely.
• Educate employees and managers on processes and self-service tools.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and share with team lead.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and feedback sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
