Job summary

MCC Label is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our Shared Services Center in Malaysia. You will handle complex HR inquiries, act as SME for compensation, leave management, onboarding, and HR data, and ensure policy compliance across the workforce.

You will partner with global centers of excellence, drive process improvements, and coach junior analysts while maintaining data integrity in the HRIS. Must be able to work in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of HR operations or shared services experience.
• Experience as SME for HR functions (compensation, leave, onboarding, data).
• Experience in global SSC/CoE models preferred.
• Proficient in HR policies, governance, and compliance.
• Advanced HRIS knowledge including Dayforce.
• Strong data management, auditing, and data quality control.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Receive, investigate, and resolve complex HR inquiries within SLAs.
• Serve as SME for compensation, leave management, onboarding, and data.
• Interpret and apply HR policies to non-standard situations.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence for policy clarifications.
• Execute complex HR transactions requiring specialized knowledge.
• Provide coaching to Tier 1 Analysts.
• Maintain knowledge materials and SOPs; identify documentation gaps.
• Analyze escalated case trends and recommend improvements.
• Support implementation of new programs, system changes.
• Validate data integrity and resolve data issues in HRIS.
• Other tasks as assigned.
