Job summary

MyPath is seeking an HR Operation Executive to manage end-to-end HR administrative functions in a fast-paced environment. You will handle onboarding, employee documentation, and hostel coordination while supporting disciplinary matters and maintaining HR records.

Knowledge of Malaysian labor regulations is a plus. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
