Wow People in Malaysia invites an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, maintain personnel files, ensure policy compliance, and help implement our HR programs with accuracy and confidentiality.

You will handle recruitment from screening through interviewing and contract signing, oversee onboarding and offboarding, and coordinate payroll verification and record-keeping while partnering with managers to address employee needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain HR operational documents such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment, etc
• Recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of contracts
• On-boarding and induction activities, Off-boarding process
• Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking
