Job summary

WOW PEOPLE SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR Operations professional to maintain essential documents such as Employee Handbook, SOPs, policies and service agreements.

You will support the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, payroll verification, and records management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

This role also covers HR analytics, leave management, and preparing monthly management reports for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining HR documents and policies.
• Familiar with onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Ability to track service contracts and files.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR operational documents such as Employee Handbook, SOPs, policies and guidelines.
• Conduct recruitment activities from screening to signing of contracts.
• Manage onboarding, induction and off-boarding processes.
• Prepare and maintain personal files, payroll verification, and contract expiry tracking.
• Support annual compensation reviews and talent management.
• Perform HR Master Data changes in line with compliance and privacy.
• Manage holiday calendars, leave balances, medical claims, and clearances.
• Assist to prepare monthly management manpower reports.
• Compute manpower indicators and provide data analysis for management.
• Assist in handling employee grievances with HR Manager.
