Manpower Staffing Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Executive-HR Services Delivery Team to manage onboarding, payroll, and HR operations for associates and clients in Penang. You will act as the primary HR contact, handling employee queries, contracts, and compliance in a fast-paced staffing environment.

The role requires 5+ years in HR operations, strong knowledge of payroll processes, and excellent stakeholder management. Site-based role in Penang with client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR Operations / HR Shared Services experience.
• Knowledge of Employment Act, labour laws, payroll processes, and employee relations.
• Experience handling disciplinary matters and HR compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Onboarding: Manage hiring documentation and onboarding processes.
• HR Operations & Employee Relations: Serve as primary HR contact for associates and clients; handle payroll, benefits, leave, contracts, and HR policies.
• Payroll Coordination: Oversee timesheet collection and payroll submissions; coordinate payroll adjustments and SLA with stakeholders.
• Offboarding & Contract Management: Manage resignations, contract renewals, and abscondment cases; coordinate tax clearance and offboarding docs.
• Client Management: Act as key HR contact for client inquiries and escalations; support renewals and contract administration.
