Job summary

Roleaf Sdn Bhd in Selangor, Malaysia seeks an HR Generalist to support monthly payroll using AutoCount HRMS and handle statutory submissions. You will manage full lifecycle HR activities, drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding, and ensure accurate records.

You will also maintain staff records, support policy communication, handle employee relations matters confidentially, and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration / Management / Human Recourse Management or equivalent
• 2-3 years of working experience in HR related field
• Knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Law
• Experience or familiarity with AutoCount HRMS is an advantage
• Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin; Mandarin an added advantage
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work independently

Responsibilities

• Support monthly payroll in AutoCount HRMS and monthly statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB & HRDF)
• Handle full employee lifecycle activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding
• Manage staff attendance, overtime records and other HR-related matters
• Maintain accurate and confidential employees records and HR databases
• Support implementation and communication of company policies, HR procedures and handbooks
• Support employee relations matters and handle concerns confidentially
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as directed by management
