Job summary

LEADING DREAM SDN BHD is seeking an HR Executive to manage daily HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws. You will maintain records, prepare contracts, and handle onboarding/offboarding processes.

The role requires experience with payroll processing, statutory submissions, and strong MS Office skills. You will interact with staff across functions and support management reporting with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Experience in payroll processing and statutory submissions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, handle confidential information and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations and administrative activities
• Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters and other HR-related documents
• Manage employee attendance, leave records and overtime administration
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Handle statutory contributions and submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job advertisements, candidate screening and interview arrangements
• Handle employee enquiries, complaints and HR-related matters
• Prepare monthly HR reports, headcount reports and other management reports
