Job summary

Hong Leong Industries Berhad is seeking an experienced Executive, Admin Payroll to support end-to-end HR operations and payroll across the Group. The role covers onboarding, records, benefits, and monthly payroll processing in a dynamic corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related.
• Minimum 5 years of HR operations and payroll experience.
• Familiar with Malaysian employment legislation and payroll statutory requirements.
• Experience handling payroll independently preferred.
• Knowledge of HRMS and payroll systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
• Prepare HR letters and employment documents.
• Administer benefits, leave, and attendance records.
• Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF).
• Handle payroll reports, inquiries, and year-end activities.
• Support HR audits and policy compliance.
• Assist with HRMS enhancements and system implementation.
• Coordinate recruitment administrative activities.
• Oversee general office administration and vendor management.
• Support continuous improvement and other HR projects.
