Job summary

Transmedic Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Executive to manage monthly payroll for Malaysia, ensure statutory contributions, and handle HR operations across onboarding, records, and training. Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM/Administrative or equivalent required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for Malaysia accurately and on time.
• Submit statutory contributions and related matters on schedule.
• Prepare EA Forms for employees and payroll year-end submissions.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Generate HR-related letters and documents.
• Handle HR/payroll enquiries and escalate when needed.
• Support recruitment activities and maintain records.
• Coordinate training arrangements and HRDF grant submissions.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
