Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in related field including people management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent.
• Strong background in HR Generalist.
• Working knowledge of Labour Laws, Industrial Relations Act and prevailing HR practices.
• Payroll experience with Flex HRMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Lead performance management planning and identify high performers for succession and retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and governance.
• Evaluate orientation/new joiner training programs.
• Improve work relationships, morale and culture to boost productivity and retention.
• Plan, organize and execute employee welfare activities.
• Manage payroll and daily HR administration tasks and vendor management.
