Panasonic Management Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR Executive to handle the full spectrum of HR functions, from payroll to governance, across the company. This role requires attention to confidentiality and strong numerical skills in a dynamic environment.

You will process monthly payroll for local staff and expatriates, manage benefits, taxation, and records, and support welfare initiatives. Travel within Klang Valley may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of HR experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience with payroll processing, benefits administration, or HR operations is a plus.
• Good command of English and strong numerical skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter, proactive, mature, and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions and confidential records.
• Process monthly payroll for employees and expatriates, including statutory contributions.
• Manage expatriate taxation matters, tax filing, and liaise with authorities.
• Administer employee medical and insurance benefits and coordinate with providers.
• Oversee access control and entry records; maintain HR documentation.
• Coordinate with Panasonic Group entities and external stakeholders.
• Support welfare initiatives and general HR/administrative duties.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by Management.
