Job summary

Johawaki Group of Companies in Malaysia seeks a Human Resources Executive to maintain and update HRIS master data, ensuring data integrity across HRIS, payroll and statutory platforms, and to support end-to-end payroll processing.

The role covers life-cycle transactions, HRIS helpdesk, SOP and statutory compliance, coordination with Finance for payroll and records, and managing group insurance enrollments.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in compensation & benefits, payroll, HRIS & HR operations.
• HR reporting & HR data analysis is preferred.
• Exposure in HR system implementation & enforcement is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the HRIS master data ensuring data integrity across HRIS, payroll and statutory platforms.
• Process employee life-cycle transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist end-to-end payroll processing in compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS issues and liaise with vendors as needed.
• Ensure HR Operations SOPs, audit requirements and statutory obligations are met.
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll, claims and employee records.
• Administer group insurance and medical enrollment updates.
• Review monthly and annual billings and prepare memos for payment processing.
