Job summary

Total E&P Malaysia seeks an HR data and payroll specialist to manage master data in HRIS/SAP, perform quality checks, and produce essential HR reports. You will consolidate data, identify trends, and keep organization charts up-to-date, supporting leadership with clear insights for decision-making.

The role also covers payroll back-up, validation, and participation in salary reviews, bonus cycles, benchmarking surveys, and ensuring statutory compliance and audit readiness across HR processes.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate employee master data in HRIS / SAP and related HR records.
• Perform data quality checks, reconciliations and clean-up for consistency.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc HR reports including headcount and demographics.
• Consolidate and analyze HR data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Update organization charts based on changes and inputs from management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as payroll back-up for end-to-end processing and data validation.
• Support payroll controls through reconciliation of movements and deductions.
• Assist in salary reviews, bonus cycles and related data modelling.
• Support external compensation and benefits benchmarking surveys.
• Coordinate contract stamping and ensure HR processes comply with statutory requirements and audits.
