Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related HR knowledge, skill and experience.
• Possess excellent oral, written and personal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, engagement and employee records.
• Verify and update daily attendance using Finger Tec system.
• Maintain staff employment status and handle leave applications.
• Manage disciplinary and grievance issues for staff.
• Handle foreigners matters including recruitment, medical check-ups, permits and insurance.
• Liaise with government authorities on day-to-day HR-related issues.
