Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a responsible HR & Admin Executive to support HR and administrative operations with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, HR administration, attendance, payroll support, and foreign worker processes such as JTKSM, VDR, FOMEMA, and PLKS.

The role requires familiarity with Employment Act 1955 and related regulations, plus fluent English and Chinese for effective communication with management.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years HR & Admin experience.
• Hands-on foreign worker recruitment and management.
• Familiar with FWCMS, JTKSM, VDR, FOMEMA, PLKS, Levy and foreign worker processes.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end recruitment, screening, and onboarding.
• HR administration, attendance, payroll support and document control.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act 1955 and immigration rules.

Fluent Chinese & English
