Job summary

Flex Malaysia is seeking an HR Assistant to support the HR team in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves assisting in onboarding, employee records, and program deployment, while upholding our privacy standards and local policies.

You will collaborate with managers and staff to manage the employee life cycle, participate in sustainability initiatives, and help maintain HR systems and documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or above in Human Resources or related field required.
• Prior HR related experience preferred.
• Typically requires 1-2 years’ experience as HR Assistant.
• Demonstrated ability to protect and maintain data privacy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee life cycle activities with managers and staff.
• Support onboarding, orientation, merit, and exits.
• Assist with Flex Culture and Ways of Working.
• Coordinate compensation, benefits, training and employee relations.
• Maintain HR records in HR systems.
