Job summary

JSK Group of Companies, headquartered in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to oversee HR, recruitment and payroll across its diversified businesses. You will coordinate with group support departments and branches to ensure efficient HR processes.

The role requires a professional HR-related degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong interpersonal and computer literacy skills to support our growing Malaysian and international operations.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in HR, Hospitality, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• 3 years experience in a similar capacity & handling the full scope of HR, Recruitment, and Payroll functions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall HR, Recruitment, and Payroll functions under your charge and coordinating/liaising with other relevant Group Support Departments and branches.
• Ensure that all HR / Payroll activities under your charge are performed in the most effective and efficient manner.
• Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
