Syarikat Sin Kwang Plastic Industries Sdn. Bhd.

(SKP) is seeking a Compliance Executive to manage and administer the grievance handling process, ensure social compliance, and support audits and CAPA across the organization. You will conduct audits, prepare reports, travel to audit sites, and train staff on codes of conduct, human rights, and workplace ethics, helping to uphold regulatory and customer compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Social Compliance or HR Compliance.
• Experience in conducting audits, managing compliance activities and implementing CAPA.
• Willingness and ability to travel to conduct audits and inspection activities.

Job description

Manage and administer the company grievance handling process in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Receive, assess, investigate and resolve employee grievance in a timely with fair and confidential manner.

Facilitate mediation and conflict resolution between employees and relevant stakeholders.

Identify recurring workplace issues, analyze trends and recommend preventive measures to Management.

Conduct employee awareness sessions on grievance procedures, Code of Conduct, workplace ethics, anti-harassment ant anti-retaliation.

Prepare monthly reports and management updates on grievance cases.

Assist in reviewing and improving grievance policies, procedures and employee communication channels.

Social Compliance

Implement and monitor the company Social Compliance Management System.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor law (eh RBA, WCA, SMETA).

Coordinate and support internal, customer, and third-party social compliance audits.

Prepare audit documentation, maintain compliance records and ensure timely closure of corrective action plans (CAP).

Conduct internal compliance assessments, workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps.

Review and update social compliance policies, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure regulatory and customer compliance.

Investigate non-compliance issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Conduct training on labor standards, Code of Conduct, human rights, workplace ethics and social compliance requirements.

Liaise with customers, auditors, government authorities, recruitment agencies and other external stakeholders on compliance matters.

Prepare compliance reports, KPI dashboards and management updates.

Support sustainability, ESG and responsible business initiatives where applicable.

Qualification & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience especially in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Social Compliance or HR Compliance.

Experience in conducting audits, managing compliance activities and implementing CAPA.

Able and willing to travel to conduct audits and inspection activities.
