(SKP) is seeking a Compliance Executive to manage and administer the grievance handling process, ensure social compliance, and support audits and CAPA across the organization. You will conduct audits, prepare reports, travel to audit sites, and train staff on codes of conduct, human rights, and workplace ethics, helping to uphold regulatory and customer compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Social Compliance or HR Compliance.
• Experience in conducting audits, managing compliance activities and implementing CAPA.
• Willingness and ability to travel to conduct audits and inspection activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the company grievance handling process in accordance with policies.
• Receive, assess, investigate and resolve employee grievances in a timely, fair and confidential manner.
• Facilitate mediation and conflict resolution between employees and stakeholders.
• Identify recurring workplace issues, analyze trends and recommend preventive measures.
