Job summary

SYARIKAT SIN KWANG PLASTIC INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. (SKP) seeks a meticulous admin/production support to verify daily work orders and raw parts before flow to the next department.

You will maintain standardized filing, ensure system records match hard copies, and support SAP data entry with accuracy. Collaborate with production, planning and warehouse teams, generate SAP reports for production and inventory tracking, and help with downtime data for OE/OEE analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with 2 year experience in related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Familiarity with SAP modules in a manufacturing context.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows and inventory control
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Verify correctness of daily Work Orders/MRF and Raw parts before issuing to next department.
• Maintain filing of documentation to ensure efficiency and standardization.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory and records (system and documentation).
• Handle, update and upkeep daily documentation (hard copies and soft copies).
• Follow up supplier bills and obtain manager approval, submitting to procurement on time.
• Maintain desk cleanliness and 5S in office and dock areas.
• Assist in creating, updating, and closing production/process orders in SAP.
• Coordinate with production, planning and warehouse teams to ensure timely data entry.
• Generate SAP reports for production, inventory, and quality tracking.
• Collect and update machine downtime data for OE/OEE analysis.
• Provide timely and accurate reports to managers for operational decision making.

Job description

To perform verification on critical daily operation (correctness of Work Order/MRF and Raw parts preparation before issuing to another department).

To continuously come up and maintain an efficient and standardized filing of documentation.

To ensure the accuracy of inventory and records (system records and documentation).

Handling, updating and upkeep of daily documentation (hardcopies and softcopies) of operations (incoming-related documentation, Shipment-related documentation, Production-related documentation, general documentation and miscellaneous documentation).

To follow up supplier bills and get approval from manager and submit to procurement department on time.

Maintaining desk cleanliness and orderliness and office and dock area upkeep and housekeeping 5S (to ensure no accumulation of debris).

Assist in creating, updating, and closing production/process orders in SAP

Coordinate with production, planning, and warehouse teams to ensure timely data entry.

Generate SAP reports for production, inventory, and quality tracking

Collect and update machine downtime data for OE/OEE analysis.

Provide timely and accurate reports to managers for operational decision making.
