Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Shared Services.
• Proficiency with Workday and ServiceNow systems.
• Strong data integrity and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve HR tickets globally via Workday and ServiceNow with accuracy.
• Serve as first contact for associates and managers.
• Process lifecycle changes: verifications, files, onboarding, data updates.
• E-file associates records in BOX repository.
• Help document SOPs, policies and guidelines.
• Handle client requests with clear, courteous responses.
• Collaborate with teams to support and respect colleagues.
