Alcon Laboratories Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sr. Associate I, Master Data Management (Korean speaker) to be the first point of contact for HR topics across the globe, guiding associates and managers.

You will resolve tickets in Workday and Service Now, handle HR lifecycle changes with confidentiality, drive process improvements, perform root-cause analysis, prioritize tasks, and collaborate on regional and global projects.

Responsibilities

• Resolving day-to-day tickets globally through Workday and Service Now, ensuring timely updates and system accuracy.
• Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related questions and guidance.
• Processing HR lifecycle changes while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
• Committing to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing solutions.
• Solving problems using root cause analysis.
• Prioritizing tasks and managing competing priorities effectively.
• Organizing, monitoring, and enhancing relationships with stakeholders.
• Handling client requests within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Engaging and contributing to team, regional, and global projects.
• Collaborating effectively within and across teams, sharing knowledge and support.
